The coffee oils
Our coffee oils,
a Solana-Cafés exclusivity

Soluna-Cafés proposes different presentations of green coffee oils and roasted coffee oils, both obtained by purely mechanical procedures, without any chemical additive.
Pure virgin green coffee oil
Pure virgin green coffee oil

The green coffee virgin oil is obtained from the non roasted green coffee beans, by simply exerting pressure and without additives or solvents.
The coffee aromas are liberated. In the roasting moment, green coffee has olfactory qualities very differentiated from the ones that characterize the common coffee: a unique smell, and immediately identifiable, of a tropical nature. This rubbing oil, naturally rich in caffeine and rapidly assimilated by the skin, helps reduce cellulite and fat. It’s particularly energetic and stimulating.

Roasted coffee oils

The subtle aroma of coffee is combined to perfection with a wide variety of dishes, fish, pasta, salads and desserts; offering the creative kitchen chef a whole palette of tastes for him to display his talents.
The best way to extract and conserve these aromas is in the form of oil, because the coffee beans contain a weak proportion of oil whose aromas are liberated during the roasting process. Oil is obtained by simply exerting pressure to roasted beans without any additive, this pure virgin oil has a strong concentration of aromas that are diluted in two ways in order to be consumed:

Cafolive, Michèle Villemur
Cafolive

Pure virgin oil of roasted coffee obtained from arábica coffee beans roasted with the best of cares, mixed then to Catalan olive oils of the “arbequina” variety with little acidity.

Cafolive is produced jointly by World’s Best Coffees and the Sociedad VEA, S.A. from Lérida (Cataluña) Website: www.vea.es . Accompany its incomparable taste with salads, pastas, steamed fish, and other dishes.

Caféissimo
Caféissimo

Pure oli from roasted coffee, obtained from arábica roasted coffee beans, with the best of care, mixed with rapeseed oil, rich in Omega 3 and neutral in taste, liberating this way all the palette of its exceptional aromatic qualities.

Caféissimo deliciously perfumes cakes, appetizers and ice creams. It enhances with its fine coffee taste the most varied dishes.

Cafolive and Caféissimo are for sale at the boutique Soluna-Cafés: 52, rue de l’Hôtel-de-Ville, Paris 75004 — Tel. 01 53 01 83 84
They are also being distributed by “Sens Gourmet” in Rungis (Tel. 01 49 79 98 29)
