地處多明尼加共和國的卡洛瑪，高度在海拔1250到1500公尺之間。在此種植的咖啡有著不同種的Caturra，還有一些Tipico與Bourbon。這個地區特書的氣候讓收成時間從十二月延展到六月。
一種厚實的咖啡，深沉且完滿。讓人覺得就像是種好酒。
