衣索匹亞的咖啡是世界上相當好的咖啡。生長在高原上，耶喀雪非的咖啡有著濃郁的花香，圓潤的酸味與堅實的果子，因此這裡的咖啡成為世界頂級咖啡之一。耶喀雪非所生產的是出自人工採收的成熟櫻桃咖啡。
品嚐特色：有著蜂蜜與茉莉花的味道。入口後很順口，而舌頭上會有厚實與平滑的感受。
